ROBEL assures that your details are treated as confidential according to the prevailing data protection regulations. Your enquiry is sent via the ROBEL website on the contact form to the relevant ROBEL country representation for further processing and a copy forwarded to the ROBEL head office in Germany. We assure that your personal details are not passed on to third parties, unless we are legally obliged to do so.
However, we will neither sell nor otherwise market your personal details to third parties! We do not sell any user names or e-mail addresses to other companies that send you unsolicited advertising material or mail.
The German Broadcasting Act (TMG) as well as the German Data Protection Act apply throughout our company for all personal details provided to us.
We use e-mail for services associated with information about our products. In theses cases, we retain the e-mail address in our documentation.
We store and process your data solely as part of the obligations we have to fulfil. Should we wish to use your details for purposes above and beyond this, for example, to inform you about current offers or exhibition dates, we will only do so if we have obtained express permission from you. You can withdraw from this consent and further use of your data informally at any time.
If requested ROBEL will inform you in writing as to whether and what personal details we store about you.
