is the development, manufacture and worldwide distribution of / leasing of / trade with railway technology machinery, equipment and tools, using own or third-party patents, including the manufacture of parts of machinery and the assembly of machinery under our own trademark or the trademarks of Plasser & Theurer group, Austria, and also non-specific machinery; services, repair, maintenance, regular inspections, acceptance and quality testing, as well as training and instructions with respect to the above machinery and parts thereof; stocking of spare parts and trade with spare parts for railway construction; as well as any connected services und business promoting the purpose of the company.

The collection, processing and use of data are performed exclusively for fulfilling this purpose.

5. Description of groups of persons concerned and relevant data or categories of data:

Customer data (name, address, order details, if any), employee data (name, address) as well as supplier data (name, address), provided such data is required to fulfill the purpose described in Sec. 4 above.

6. Recipients or categories of recipients to whom the information can be made available:

Public authorities in the case of prevailing legal provisions, external contractors in accordance with Art. 11 BDSG as well as external authorities, internal ROBEL Bahnbaumaschinen GmbH departments and dealers for fulfilling the purpose described under Sec. 4 above.

7. Standard time periods for deletion of data:

According to German law, various time periods and obligations apply for the storage of data. Following expiry of the applicable legal retention period, data is deleted routinely, provided it is no longer required for fulfilling a contract. Data not affected by this is deleted if the purpose described under Sec. 4 above no longer applies.
