Operation largely independent of operator 

Several goals were set for the re-design of the tried and tested 30.82. Particular attention was paid to two aspects:

• Precision wrenching, i.e. electric drive for reaching required values exactly.
• Wrenching largely independent of operator, i.e. once the button on the handle bar has been pushed the wrenching process is carried out until the set torque has been reached.

In addition, the machine is even more user-friendly than before and has a high degree of ergonomics and outstanding endurance.

A wide range of tests guarantee optimum operation. More than a hundred thousand wrenching cycles, even in uninterrupted 24-hour cycles, have been carried out successfully. This intense testing results in a high certainty regarding the operational stability and endurance of the 30.82 RKS.
